ATN Access for Persons with Disabilities Inc. is a training center and community organization located on Adelaide Street North in the SoHo neighbourhood of London. The organization provides employment support specifically designed for people with disabilities and barriers. The center offers a variety of services to help individuals improve their skills and navigate their career paths. These include one-to-one supported employment services, which provide personalized employment preparation and job retention support. Their offerings include creating customized resumes and cover letters, learning to ace job interviews, and developing on-the-job training strategies through workplace on-site job coaching. Additionally, the organization provides general skills upgrading, digital skills training, and personal and professional growth opportunities. They also host the Great Opportunities (GO) Program, which consists of five weeks of group-based pre-employment preparation followed by ten weeks of paid work experience. For community engagement, they offer monthly workshops, events, and the NexGen cohort workshops. The organization describes its vision as empowering every person to grow, discover, and belong. Their team includes an Executive Director, a Finance Manager, an Employment Team Manager, a Program and Operations Manager, a Counselling Services Manager, and several Employment and Learning Specialists and Job Developers. Visitors are welcome to drop by their employment resource centre in person during their regular weekday hours.
