With guidance from Diana and the team, you can choose from award-winning wine styles made with varietal juices and grape skins sourced from around the world, along with fruit wines, ciders, coolers and an extensive selection of home-brewing and winemaking supplies. A clean, modern facility, filtered water, climate-controlled fermentation rooms and carefully selected ingredients support consistent results. Get started with wine in just a few minutes, then return to bottle it after fermentation. For beer, Brewhaven offers recipes inspired by styles from around the world, with options to tailor the flavour to your preferences. Brew on site in about two hours or have the team prepare your batch; most beers are ready for bottling in two to three weeks. Choose cans, plastic bottles or glass, then finish your wine bottles with labels and shrink tops. Convenient front-of-store parking, mobile bottle carts and dedicated areas for sanitizing and packaging make the process easier from start to finish. Brewhaven is licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and the federal customs and excise authority.
