About City Storage Group

City Storage Group is a self-storage business located on Fanshawe Park Rd W in London, Ontario. Serving families, businesses, and students, the company has provided secure storage rental solutions and moving supplies since 1990. They operate four convenient locations throughout the city, including sites in North, Central, East, and Big Box areas. The company offers a variety of storage options, including climate-controlled lockers maintained at a steady 68 degrees Fahrenheit, 24-hour access storage, and outdoor drive-up units. For those needing off-site solutions, they sell and rent mobile shipping containers and portable storage units delivered directly to a customer's door. Additionally, they provide packing and moving supplies such as durable boxes, bubble wrap, packing tape, and markers. Their facilities include amenities like loading docks, ramps, spacious elevators, and on-site dollies. Security is a primary focus of their service, featuring around-the-clock video surveillance and individual unit alarms that use unique 6-digit pin codes for real-time monitoring. Customers can access their units between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, seven days a week, with 24-hour access available at the north London location. The business describes its approach as hassle-free, offering flexible weekly or monthly billing without requiring long-term contracts. They also provide online account management and payment options.
