About City Window Cleaners

City Window Cleaners is a family-owned professional service business located in the Summerside area of London, Ontario. They serve both residential and commercial clients throughout the city and the surrounding region. The company provides a variety of exterior and interior maintenance services, including residential and commercial window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, and vinyl house siding cleaning. For window services, they clean both the interior and exterior using a mop, squeegee, and dish soap, while utilizing drop sheets to protect indoor spaces. Their eavestrough maintenance involves using leaf blowers and hand tools to ensure proper drainage, and their siding cleaning utilizes brushes and environmentally safe chemicals to scrub vinyl surfaces. Owned and operated by brothers Richard and Randy Macleod, the business has been part of the Macleod family for over 40 years. They emphasize a commitment to professionalism, noting that their employees wear uniforms and follow specific customer instructions. The business has been a member of the Better Business Bureau of Western Ontario since 1997 and maintains a record of no complaints. They also highlight their community involvement, noting work with local landmarks such as the London International Airport, Budweiser Gardens, and various local hospitals. To ensure safety and property protection, the company uses environmentally safe products, carries liability insurance, and covers all employees under WSIB insurance.
