Dr. Allan Bernardi Optometry is a family-run, independent optometry practice located on Wellington Rd S in the Old South neighbourhood of London. The practice serves patients of all ages and welcomes new patients. The clinic provides thorough eye exams for adults and children, as well as fittings for eyeglasses and contact lenses. Patients can access modern imaging services, including an ultra-widefield retinal camera, an OCT scanner to map the retina and optic nerve, and visual field tests. For those with reduced vision, the practice provides magnifiers and other aids. They also co-manage laser eye surgery with various centers across Ontario and beyond. The showroom features approximately 350 frames for various styles and budgets, including sunglasses from brands such as Ray-Ban and Michael Kors. They offer various lens options, including Transitions, anti-glare, scratch-resistant, and blue-light filtering coatings, as well as progressive lenses. Some lenses are cut and fitted directly in the office, and the practice performs many repairs in-house. Dr. Allan Bernardi, a graduate of the School of Optometry at the University of Waterloo, brings over 40 years of experience to the practice. He is a member of both the Canadian Association of Optometrists and the Ontario Association of Optometrists.
