Esto es Colombia is a restaurant and bar located in the Downtown area on King Street. It serves the local community by providing an authentic Colombian culinary experience characterized by a vibrant Latin atmosphere, live music, and special events. The establishment offers a diverse menu featuring traditional Colombian dishes such as Bandeja Paisa, Churrasco Con Chimichurri, and Carne Asada. After relocating to Canada in 2007, she studied culinary arts at Red River Culinary Art College and gained extensive experience in Winnipeg and Toronto. Her background includes managing kitchens for large-scale multicultural events and representing Colombian culture at various cultural events.
