Excel Swim

Excel Swim is a London, Ontario swim school offering lessons that help swimmers build confidence, develop strong technique, and progress toward competitive swimming. Its programs are shaped by founder and director Paul Midgley, an Olympic swimmer and coach with four decades of experience, including leadership roles with the University of Western Ontario Swim Team and Mustang Regional Training Centre. From introductory instruction to high-performance stroke development, Excel Swim adapts coaching to each swimmer’s needs and readiness. The school also offers coached adult fitness for intermediate swimmers looking to improve technique and endurance. Based at 90 Alder Grove, Excel Swim welcomes swimmers to learn, grow, and reach their next goal in the water.
