Fanshawe College Centre for Research & Innovation helps businesses turn ideas into practical products, processes and solutions. Based in London, Ontario, it connects industry partners with experienced researchers, skilled student assistants and advanced facilities to support applied research, product development, process improvement and greater efficiency. Its Centre for Applied Research and Innovation in Biotechnology brings companies together to tackle challenges in food science, processing and innovation. Projects can support the development of more nutritious foods, reduce waste across the food supply chain, address agricultural needs and lower environmental impacts. The centre also supports cannabis-sector research and development through its licensed research facilities, helping businesses explore and advance their ideas.
