Garlic’s of London is a locally owned restaurant situated on Richmond St in downtown London, Ontario. In 2006, Edin “Edo” Pehilj took over the business, introducing a rustic, modern flare and a commitment to sourcing high-quality products from Canadian farmers. The kitchen prepares many items from scratch, including house-made pastas and bread baked daily. Under the current leadership of Head Chef Oliver Thomas and Executive Chef David Rosen, the kitchen continues a legacy of mentoring culinary talent. The restaurant has been recognized as an Industry Supporter of the Year by Fanshawe College for its dedication to developing local talent. Guests can book reservations, which require a credit card for groups of four or more, and the restaurant also offers takeout and delivery options.
