H C & C General Contracting is a family-run London, Ontario business grounded in generations of local paving experience. Jerry Decaluwe launched his own operation in 1991 after years working alongside his father, Hubert, an early asphalt-industry pioneer in the area. Today, Jerry and his son Chris lead the company, continuing a tradition of hands-on knowledge and service shaped by decades in the trade. Refined and modernized over the years, H C & C brings enduring family expertise to its work from its location at 1984 Mallard Road.
