About Hawana HVAC Solutions

Hawana HVAC Solutions is an owner-operated HVAC contractor located in the Westminster neighbourhood of London, Ontario. Founded in 2018 by Abdullah Ghzail, the business serves residential customers throughout London and Southwestern Ontario, including areas such as Byron, Masonville, and Westmount. The company is TSSA certified for both natural gas and LP propane and maintains a BBB A+ accreditation. The business provides a comprehensive range of heating, cooling, and water heating services. Their offerings include furnace installations featuring brands like Goodman, Carrier, and Lennox, as well as air conditioner installations from brands such as Kepler, Midea, York, and Trane. They also offer heat pump solutions, including ductless mini-split systems from Mitsubishi, Bosch, Daikin, and LG, as well as ducted whole-home systems. For water heating, they install Rheem ProTerra hybrid units, Navien tankless systems, and Bradford White gas tanks. Additional services include furnace and air conditioner repairs, annual maintenance plans, ductwork assessments and sealing, and TSSA-certified gas line work for new appliance connections or leak repairs. Hawana HVAC Solutions distinguishes itself through a commitment to transparency and ownership. The business emphasizes published pricing, providing written all-inclusive quotes before work begins, and a policy of outright ownership where customers own their equipment from day one rather than entering into rental contracts. They also offer a 24/7 emergency response with a consistent diagnostic rate that does not include after-hours surcharges. The owner, who is also a lead technician, is directly involved in every installation and repair to ensure structural accountability. Customers can request free estimates online or via phone, and the company offers same-day service in many instances.
