About Here Virtually

Here Virtually is a professional services firm providing virtual bookkeeping and tax services for small businesses, solopreneurs, and corporations in the London region and across Ontario. Located in the Westminster neighbourhood on Cantley Cres, the business serves various sectors by offering remote financial management designed to help owners delegate menial tasks like tracking expenses and paying bills. The company offers a variety of product bundles and customized services to meet specific business needs. Core offerings include regular monthly or quarterly bookkeeping, which involves recording transactions, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, and generating financial reports. Specific services include accounts payable and receivable management, HST calculation and remittance, and payroll processing—including STAT pay calculations, PD7A monthly remittances, T4 creation and filing, and ROE submission. They also provide bookkeeping catch-up services for those behind on their records, as well as comprehensive tax services such as basic tax returns and self-employed tax returns. Founded by Fern Krasevec, the business was born from her experience in personal finance coaching, banking, and office management. Krasevec transitioned to remote bookkeeping during the pandemic, drawing on her background in managing church finances and full-cycle bookkeeping for a small company. The team at Here Virtually consists of experienced bookkeepers and administrative staff who work collaboratively to support various business structures. Clients can schedule a discovery call to receive a customized proposal based on their specific volume and scope of work. The business utilizes an online document management program to capture paperwork trails for CRA requirements and offers flexible availability to accommodate fluctuating business needs.
