The curated selection showcases farm-to-glass producers from the Niagara Region, alongside imported wines from around the world—including finds not available through the LCBO. Led by owner Tina Roberts, InSpiirit helps hospitality businesses offer guests memorable, less familiar beverage choices that can make an occasion feel special.
