The London and St. Thomas Association of REALTORS® (LSTAR) is a real estate board located in the Westmount neighbourhood of London, Ontario. It serves as the representative body for nearly 2,300 REALTORS® across London, St. Thomas, Strathroy, Middlesex County, and Elgin County. The organization describes itself as one of the largest real estate boards in Canada, with members operating out of approximately 200 offices. LSTAR provides a variety of services to its members, most notably the operation of the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®). This co-operative marketing system allows members to access sold prices, list prices, historical data, and comparative market analyses to optimize the buying and selling experience. Additionally, the association offers arbitration, education, professional standards, communications, and government and community relations. The organization also provides a shop for items such as event tickets and maintains a blood donor program as a Partner for Life with Canadian Blood Services. Chartered in 1936, the association was formed by the 1969 amalgamation of the London Real Estate Board and the St. Thomas Real Estate Board. It officially adopted its current name in the autumn of 2006 and is currently commemorating its 90th anniversary in 2026.
