Its offerings included Xerox warranty service, Epson customer care, cash register sales and repair, dictation equipment, typewriter refurbishment, repairs for many office equipment brands, secure in-house shredding, and computer repairs both in-store and on-site. The company closed after more than five decades of serving the community, expressing gratitude to generations of customers.
