The company has grown over the decades with family members joining to open locations across Southwestern Ontario and Toronto. Currently, the business is owned by the same families, with second and third generations working in each location. The company describes itself as having a customer-oriented focus and a full-service experience, emphasizing trends like "resimercial" spaces and movement-based office designs. Customers can shop for furniture online or visit their showrooms. The company handles projects from initial consultation and site visits to final delivery and installation. They coordinate shipping and delivery across Canada and offer various consultation methods, including in-person meetings, video calls, and online chat.
