The company rebranded to DKI - Lubnow Restoration in 2010, at which time Harry’s son, Steve Lubnow, took over the leadership. The business emphasizes values of quality workmanship, honest communication, and empathy for the families and businesses facing property loss. Lubnow Restoration provides a 24-hour emergency response team and aims to arrive at the scene within 30 minutes for those in the London area. They offer emergency mitigation and full restoration services, and they can coordinate directly with insurance companies to determine restoration needs and handle communication on behalf of the client.
