About Lux Homes Design & Build

Lux Homes Design & Build is a residential construction and development company located on Adelaide St N in the Stoneybrook Heights neighbourhood of London, Ontario. The company serves the London area and surrounding communities, providing homeowners with both curated plan collections and fully custom design solutions. They focus on creating residences that balance architecture, functionality, and long-term livability through a process they describe as structured and refined. The company offers a range of services including custom home building, the development of planned neighbourhoods, and the management of projects from initial concept through final completion. Vanessa manages the internal systems, including financial controls, documentation, and client coordination. The business prides itself on its disciplined construction approach, clear communication, and a team of site supervisors, a design coordinator, and a warranty coordinator. Lux Homes Design & Build is an award-winning builder with over 15 years of experience. They have received numerous accolades from the Canadian Home Builders' Association, including a 2024 National Award for a detached custom home over 5,000 square feet and a 2023 President's Award.
