MedPoint Health Care Center is a healthcare and social assistance clinic located on Wellington Street in the Downtown neighborhood of London. Founded in 2007 by President and CEO Alex Hanham and Medical Director Dr. Sylvia Murchison, the clinic was established to shift the healthcare focus from crisis management to proactive wellness. Dr. Murchison created the center after becoming frustrated with the existing healthcare model. While the business began with a single physician and five staff members, it has grown to include over 60 staff members, 10 family doctors, and 28 specialists across more than 30,000 square feet of space in London.
