About Mo Hagan

Mo Hagan is a fitness professional and educational service provider based in the downtown area of London on Fullarton Street. Serving a broad audience with a philosophy of fitness for all, she provides coaching, fitness resources, and educational materials such as the 2026 Workbook. Her offerings also include a shop featuring skincare and body products, such as the ageLOC LumiSpa iO, Nu Colour Peptide Pout, and various body contouring lotions and serums. Additionally, she produces a podcast titled A Mo'ment with Mo and provides speaking engagements. Maureen (Mo) Hagan is a highly decorated figure in the fitness industry with four decades of experience. She serves as the Chief Operating Officer for canfitpro, where she also developed the Women Who Influence program. Her extensive credentials include a canfitpro Lifetime Achievement Award, the 2023 Brilliant Minded Women Business Development & Growth Award, and recognition as a Top 100 Health Influencer since 2018. Mo also contributes to the fitness community as a board member for Prescription To Get Active and as a founding board member of the Women In Fitness Association (WIFA). Mo's professional background is rooted in physical education and healthcare. After graduating from the University of Western Ontario with a degree in Physical Health Education, she became a licensed physiotherapist. Her career in fitness began in the early 1980s, and she has spent years teaching both group fitness classes and instructing others on how to become fitness educators. Her journey also includes international experience, notably teaching fitness classes in New Zealand in 1991.
