About Norlon Builders

Norlon Builders is a general contracting company located on York Street in the downtown area of London, Ontario. The firm serves clients across Southwestern Ontario, specializing in institutional, commercial, and industrial (ICI) construction, as well as multi-story residential projects. The company provides a full spectrum of construction services, including traditional general contracting, construction management, and design-build services. They handle a variety of project types, ranging from major capital projects and renovations to complex interior fit-ups within active, occupied facilities. Their expertise covers specialized environments such as universities, municipalities, school boards, research facilities, and high-security environments. To support these projects, they maintain a network of prequalified subcontractors and suppliers for trades such as mechanical, electrical, millwork, and glazing. The company also highlights value-added services like lean construction practices, sustainability integration, and the use of advanced communication tools like Procore dashboards. Founded in 1976, Norlon Builders has spent over 50 years building a reputation for technical excellence, integrity, and transparency. The company describes itself as a respected mid-sized firm that prioritizes long-term client relationships, noting that over 80% of its annual work comes from repeat clients. Led by President Jeremy Valeriote, the firm emphasizes a collaborative approach where the Senior Management Team, who are Equity Partners, remains involved from the start of a project through to completion. Their Health and Safety Management System is COR-certified by the Infrastructure Health and Safety Association (IHSA).
