About Oil Gard Anti-Rust Canada Ltd

Oil Gard Anti-Rust Canada Ltd is a professional rust protection business situated in the Argyle neighbourhood of London, Ontario. They provide automotive maintenance services designed to protect cars and trucks from corrosion caused by moisture, salt, and road brine in all types of weather and seasons. The company offers a top-to-bottom application process where trained technicians treat ten specific areas of a vehicle. Their service includes the use of specialized formulas, such as Formula 2 NO DRIP, which is designed to penetrate deep into metal crevices and seams without leaving a mess on garage floors or driveways. These treatments create a barrier that inhibits corrosion for a year and help safeguard important parts like the air-conditioning lines, brake lines, and rocker panels. Founded in 1976 by Gord Hawken, the business began with a location in Stratford, Ontario, before moving to London in 1980. The company is currently owned by David and Susan Schulthies, the son-in-law and daughter of the original founder. They emphasize a commitment to long-term customer service and community involvement, noting their membership in the Business Club of London and their support for local charities like Jesse’s Journey and Childcan. To assist customers with maintenance, they utilize a database to send out seasonal reminders and special offers.
