Pita Pit

About Pita Pit

Pita Pit is a fast food restaurant located on Wonderland Road North in London, Ontario, serving the local community with a focus on healthy eating. This location is one of several Pita Pit outlets throughout the city. The restaurant offers a variety of healthy options, including pitas, salads, and rice bowls made with premium ingredients. Customers can choose from more than 20 pita fillings and 40 toppings to create custom combinations. The menu also features smoothies, desserts, and various small snacks. Founded in 1995 by Nelson Lang and John Sotiriadis, the business first opened in Kingston, Ontario. The founders aimed to provide a fresh alternative to traditional high-fat, high-calorie fast foods by offering Lebanese-style pita sandwiches filled with grilled meats, fresh vegetables, and zesty sauces. The concept expanded quickly across Canada and into the United States, growing into an international brand with over 450 stores across North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. This location provides takeout, delivery, and catering services. Customers can also place orders online. Additionally, the restaurant participates in a loyalty program and maintains a cage-free egg policy.
