Reverie is a tasting menu restaurant located on Piccadilly Street in the downtown area of London, Ontario. It serves guests looking for an intimate dining experience centered on contemporary Canadian cuisine and curated biodynamic and natural wine pairings. The kitchen is led by internationally-trained Chef Brian, who previously staged at the old Noma in Copenhagen. Before moving to London, Chef Brian worked in various pastry shops and restaurants in Toronto and served as a professor at Centennial College. For over seven years, Reverie has pioneered the tasting menu realm in the area.
