Their maple syrup is graded by color into Ontario Grade A Golden, Amber, Dark, and Very Dark varieties, and is available in various sizes ranging from 250mL to 4L jugs. They also provide maple butter, which they describe as a dairy-free spreadable form of syrup, and maple sugar. During the season, the sugar shack also offers maple cotton candy. The business is run by three generations of the Robson family. They began making syrup on their home farm over 50 years ago using an old iron kettle and sap from approximately 25 trees. Today, the operation has grown significantly to include over 15,000 taps.
