About School of Music Arts

School of Music Arts is a training center located on Commissioners Rd E in London, Ontario, serving both children and adults of all ages and experience levels. The school provides music lessons for a wide variety of instruments, including piano, keyboard, voice, acoustic and electric guitar, bass guitar, ukulele, drums, violin, viola, cello, trumpet, french horn, trombone, baritone, tuba, oboe, flute, saxophone, and clarinet. The school describes itself as a friendly, no-pressure environment where students can learn the specific music and styles they enjoy. The instruction is provided by musicians who have either professional experience or post-secondary training. While the primary focus is on music for enjoyment, the school also offers serious instruction for students aiming to achieve long-term goals such as University admission or RCM certification. Students have the opportunity to participate in two bi-annual music recitals held at the facility to develop performance skills. The owner founded the school to share the benefits of music with the community, citing the positive impact music has on brain development, stress reduction, and emotional well-being. To support learning, the school offers instrument rentals for items such as pianos, guitars, violins, ukuleles, trumpets, cellos, flutes, clarinets, and saxophones, with the option to apply rental fees toward a future purchase. The facility features state-of-the-art, sound-proofed studios equipped with motion-sensitive security cameras and a dedicated common area. Lessons are available during flexible times, including daytime, evenings, and weekends.
