They emphasize a hands-on management approach and a focus on building partnerships with customers ranging from small independent jobbers to large industrial consumers. Customers can request free quotes for mufflers, peer cross-overs, or custom specifications through the company's online forms. The business also maintains a library of over 5,000 drawings to assist in reproducing dated or obscure products. Furthermore, their sister company, TESSI Exhaust, is located in London and provides installation services for the heavy-duty exhaust market.
