Paul and Jennifer have been married for over 30 years and began running Starlight together in 2019. Paul brings a background in mechanical and software sales engineering to the business, applying an engineering mindset to stress-test timelines and equipment. Jennifer is a supply teacher who received an Award of Distinction from the TVDSB for her work in community and school coordination. Together, they have worked over 150 weddings and have authored a book titled "The Last Song Is Never the Whole Story," which shares behind-the-scenes stories from their experience. The business operates on a model of one wedding per weekend to ensure dedicated attention to each client.
