Both therapists are Registered Psychotherapists under the CRPO and emphasize a collaborative, client-centered approach. Clients can book appointments online for in-person sessions in London or Burlington, or for virtual appointments via phone or video across Ontario. The practice offers a free 15-minute consultation for those unsure of where to start.
