About TA Property Management

TA Property Management is a full-service property rental and management company located on Dufferin Avenue in the Downtown area of London, Ontario. The business serves property owners by providing various rental management packages tailored to different needs, whether the clients own a single small property or a larger portfolio. The company offers a comprehensive suite of services including rent collection, complete property management, or a combination of both. In conjunction with RentFromTom.com, the team performs property viewings, deposit collection, credit and background checks, lease signings, and move-in or move-out inspections. They also provide specialized services for landlords, tenants, students, and emergency situations. Owner and operator Tom Alderman established the company based on over a decade of experience in the local income property market. Having served as a tenant, homeowner, income property owner, landlord, and rental agent, Alderman built the business to provide a reliable alternative to other management options in the community. The company describes its approach as a client-first model where the team aims to exceed expectations and help owners succeed in the current rental market.
