About ThirstyTech

ThirstyTech is an IT services company located in the River Bend neighbourhood of London, Ontario. The business serves growing organizations and leadership teams that need to improve their operations through technology but lack the internal capacity to manage these transitions. The company offers a range of digital transformation services, including strategy, automation, AI, and general digital solutions. Specific offerings include the development of AI assistants, workflow automation, intelligent lead systems, and agent pipelines. ThirstyTech also builds web products such as websites, web apps, and client portals, alongside technology services like platform integrations, infrastructure planning, and vendor coordination. Additionally, the business provides innovation support through the creation of prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and technology strategy. Founded by Andrew Williams, who serves as a Fractional Chief Digital Transformation Officer, the business is built on over a decade of experience at the intersection of technology and business growth. Williams describes his approach as acting as a part-time Director of Innovation who works directly with leadership to identify opportunities and coordinate the necessary people to see a plan through to execution. He emphasizes that his role is distinct from a standard IT help desk or a consultant who provides a report and disappears, as he remains involved throughout the execution phase. Outside of his primary work, Williams is also involved in co-organizing Growth Day London.
