About To Wheels

To Wheels is a specialty retail bike shop located on Dundas St in the downtown area of London, Ontario. The business serves the local community by providing a wide range of cycling products and professional maintenance services. The shop offers a large selection of bicycles, including a significant variety of electric assist bicycles for Southwestern Ontario. Customers can browse bikes from brands such as Specialized, Santa Cruz, Cervelo, and Giant. In addition to bicycles, the store carries cycling apparel, accessories, and parts. To Wheels also features a repair department staffed by trained mechanics who provide professional-level maintenance, upgrades, and tune-ups. Their service offerings include safety checks, annual services, and comprehensive overhaul packages that involve cleaning and rebuilding drivetrain and bearing systems, as well as hydraulic brake flushes and suspension services. They also provide a variety of a la carte repairs, such as tire and tube installations, wheel builds, and component adjustments. The business describes itself as London's oldest bike shop. They emphasize an approach where repairs are suggested based on a bike's current condition and value while working within a customer's budget. To Wheels has partnered with Financeit to provide on-the-spot financing for bicycle purchases. Customers are invited to visit the shop for test rides or to view the current season's apparel.
