About Westland Gallery

Westland Gallery is an arts and culture venue located in the Wortley Village neighborhood on Wortley Road in London, Ontario. The gallery serves the local community and art enthusiasts by showcasing a diverse range of original works from emerging and established artists across the region. The gallery features a wide selection of artwork from a roster of represented artists, all of whom are from Ontario. Visitors can view pieces by artists such as Joanna Mozdzen, Pat Gibson, Kim Douglas Harrison, Ray Robinson, Rosemary Sloot, Sarah Cartwright, and Sheila Davis. Beyond its permanent inventory and rotating exhibitions, which change every three to four weeks, the gallery offers a variety of programming including workshops, artist talks, gallery tours, and other special events. The business was founded in 2013 by owners Al and Karen Stewart. While the gallery was originally established in a historic building that received a heritage award, it recently moved to a renovated space that previously housed the owners' framing business started in 1997. The gallery describes itself as a welcoming space that blends beautiful art with local heritage, aiming to make art accessible to everyone through friendly customer service.
