Zegers Law Professional Corporation is a criminal law firm located on Talbot Street in the downtown area of London, Ontario. The firm serves clients throughout southwestern Ontario and focuses exclusively on criminal defence matters. The firm provides legal representation for various criminal law needs, including trial work in the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. James Zegers leads the firm with over 30 years of courtroom and appeal experience. He earned his law degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1993 and received a certificate in European Community Law from the University of Leiden. A past president of the Middlesex Law Association, Zegers was also a recipient of the 2020 Federation of Ontario Law Associations President’s Award. He is a community volunteer and a founding member of Court House Rocks, a fundraising event for London Lawyers Feed the Hungry.
