About Canada Post

Canada Post is a courier and delivery service located on King St in Thorndale, Ontario. This location serves as one of several branches in the London area, providing mailing and shipping solutions for both individuals and businesses of all sizes. The company offers a wide range of services, including mailing letters, shipping parcels, and marketing tools for businesses. Customers can send and receive money across Canada and internationally using MyMoney Transfers, which are delivered in partnership with Western Union and do not require a bank account. For those who shop online, the business provides a platform to explore and shop from Canadian retailers for items such as toys, home decor, kitchenware, and accessories. Additionally, the company provides specialized solutions for small businesses shipping fewer than 25 packages per week, as well as commercial solutions for larger shipping volumes. To enhance the customer experience, Canada Post provides digital tools through a mobile app and online account. These features allow users to track packages in real time, receive delivery notifications via email or text message, prepay duties and taxes, and sign up for MyMail to receive timely updates on incoming mail. The business also maintains a blog featuring mailing tips, stamp stories, and information on online shopping returns.
