L360 Architecture, also known as G architects, is a full-service architecture firm located in downtown London that serves communities across Canada. The firm specializes in community-based architecture with a core focus on several specific sectors, including Residential Care & Aging, Life Sciences, Social & Education, Non-Acute Healthcare, and Mental Health & Wellness spaces. The firm was founded in 2014 by Matt Galvin and Phil Goodfellow, who both brought over 20 years of experience in leading institutional project designs. In 2016, Geordon Green joined the firm as a Partner. The company expanded its Ontario presence in 2022 and 2024 to include offices in Kingston, London, and Timmins. The team consists of 50 members, including 14 registered architects, who describe their approach as balancing architectural excellence with sensible, practical thinking. G architects emphasizes a collaborative design philosophy that prioritizes client goals through listening and consensus building. They utilize tools such as charrettes, dotmocracy, live polls, renderings, massing diagrams, and AR/VR environments to gather feedback and allow stakeholders to experience concepts early in the process.
