About Verto 360

Verto360 is a commercial interiors firm located in downtown London on Richmond Street. The company serves clients across Canada, including those in Southwestern Ontario, by designing, pricing, and prefabricating world-class offices and business spaces. The firm specializes in creating Canadian-made commercial interiors using DIRTT systems. Their offerings include non-load-bearing interior systems such as glass walls, solid walls, doors, manufactured casework, modular electrical and networks, and access floors. They also provide integrated technology, writable surfaces, and timber frame structural and ceiling elements. A key feature of their service is the use of the DIRTT Design Editor, which allows clients to create a 3D digital twin of their project to walk through the space, move walls, and receive instant pricing updates before manufacturing begins. Verto360 distinguishes itself by providing cost certainty and high levels of reconfigurability. They claim that their process results in average change orders of 2.5% compared to approximately 30% on traditional builds. Their designs often feature rooms that are 82% to 98% reconfigurable. The company highlights specific technical details such as a three-week wall lead time, a ten-year product warranty, and the use of recycled-denim insulation for integrated acoustic performance. They have completed projects for notable clients including Siskinds LLP, Western University, and AstraZeneca.
