About O.N.E Dance Centre

O.N.E Dance Centre is an adult dance studio located in the heart of downtown London on Dundas Street. It serves the local community by providing a welcoming space for dancers of various skill levels and interests. The studio describes itself as a place for building community through drop-in dance classes, where members are treated like family in a safe environment that does not tolerate bullying. The studio offers a variety of class styles and levels, including specific options such as Bootywork & Sensual RnB, which are designated for those aged 18 and over. All other classes are open to individuals aged 16 and older. In addition to drop-in sessions, the center provides private lessons with instructors, various class pass options to suit different commitment levels, and opportunities to join dance teams. Students can also find information regarding upcoming performance events. To maintain a focused environment, the studio requires dancers to wear indoor shoes, such as sneakers or athletic shoes, though socks or bare feet are permitted for ballet or contemporary classes. While friends and family are encouraged to attend and dance along, the studio does not allow spectators to sit and watch during class times. For those interested in starting their journey, the studio provides a dedicated "Start Here" resource to help new students prepare for their first visit.
