About Renaissance Personnel

Renaissance Personnel is a full-service employment agency located on Fullarton St. in the Downtown area of London. The business serves the London, Chatham, and Windsor regions, providing recruitment solutions for a wide variety of industries and career levels. The agency coordinates both temporary and permanent placements across hundreds of categories. Their service offerings span numerous sectors, including engineering, finance, health care, information technology, manufacturing, and skilled trades. They also provide staffing for specific roles such as general labour, human resources, management, maintenance, materials, office support, purchasing, quality control, and sales. Founded in March 1997 by current President Chris Bechard, the company began as a home office operation with one employee. Bechard established the business using a foundation of technical and human resources knowledge gained from 17 years in the manufacturing sector. The company describes its growth as unique because it has never employed a sales representative, instead building its client base almost entirely through referrals and relationship development. Renaissance Personnel is licensed in Ontario by the Ministry of Labour.
