About Teppen Corporation

Teppen Corporation is a full-service staffing agency located on Dearness Dr in the Westminster neighbourhood of London. The company serves a variety of clients, including those in the automotive parts manufacturing sector, by providing tailored workforce solutions. The business offers three primary service lines: temporary staffing, direct hire programs, and sorting containment. Their sorting solutions involve an expert team with practical experience in sorting for automotive parts manufacturers, featuring project leaders who work on-site to manage assembly line issues and minimize costs. Their direct hire program functions as an extension of a client's recruiting team to find ideal candidates, while their temporary staffing approach focuses on building collaborative, long-lasting partnerships rather than transactional relationships. The company is led by President Jeff Dix, who emphasizes a culture of supporting and developing staff to ensure they are prepared for their specific assignments. Teppen describes its approach as the "Teppen Difference," which is built on principles of transparency, quality, and employee commitment. They highlight their investment in people as a way to reduce training costs and turnover for their customers. The organization is ISO 9001:2015 accredited for its provision of staffing and sorting services. The London and head offices are available by appointment only. For those seeking employment, the company provides training and guidance for newcomers to Canada to help them gain experience in the workplace.
