About Middlesex Terrace

Middlesex Terrace is a long-term care home located on Gideon Drive in Delaware, situated in a peaceful setting surrounded by agricultural land near London. It serves residents by providing a supportive living environment that emphasizes individualized and compassionate care. The facility is a fully accredited three-story building set on approximately 7.40 acres and offers private, semi-private, and basic accommodations for up to 105 residents. The residence features several amenities, including dining rooms, a salon, a multi-purpose room, a garden, and a secure outdoor space. Residents have access to various health and wellness programs, such as physiotherapy services provided by Achieva Health, as well as support from a Supportive Measures Specialist and the Behavioral Supports Ontario (BSO) and Psycho-Geriatric Outreach team. Social life is enriched through diverse activities planned throughout the year and monthly Residents’ Council meetings. Middlesex Terrace is operated by Omni Quality Living, a company established in 1975 that manages 29 residences across Ontario and New Brunswick. The organization describes its mission as supporting each unique individual to experience hope, purpose, and belonging through a focus on integrity, compassion, inclusiveness, curiosity, and resilience. The facility is led by Executive Director Carol Bradley and Clinical Services Director Angela Dayman.
